PACER co was founded by three experienced Victorian paramedics with a simple vision - improve the quality of first aid services and training nationally.

We’ve seen what happens when medical help arrives too late or when someone is caught unprepared to manage a serious health emergency.

With our background in emergency care and education, we bring practical, real-world experience to every solution we deliver. We’re big believers in staying sharp. Our operational team all remain on the frontlines, regularly practicing as paramedics with a state emergency ambulance service.
